Moosita Swimwear is a woman‑owned, Lahaina‑born brand now based in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. We proudly offer swimwear for all body types, including kids and babies. Below are our official shipping and return policies for all online orders.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high‑volume periods (new releases, holidays, or special promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

    • APO/FPO military addresses

    • Select international destinations

    International shipping availability may vary based on carrier restrictions.


    Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

    United States (Domestic):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

    • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

    International:

    • Standard International: 7–21 business days

    • Priority International: 5–10 business days

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


    Shipping Rates

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination

    • Weight

    • Carrier service selected

    Free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available.


    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


    Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

    Moosita Swimwear is not responsible for:

    • Packages marked as delivered but not received

    • Delays caused by the carrier

      • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

      If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.


      International Duties & Taxes

      International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


      Address Errors

      Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. Moosita Swimwear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
